About the Event
Beethoven in Motion is a concert in two acts.
Five of this season's six concerts are classical, and five fall on a Saturday. December is neither.
Brett Marshall and The Disclaimers close the first half of the season with an evening of jazz, and the room changes shape to meet it. Trumpet, double bass, and guitar join the piano, which means for one night the instrument at the centre of this series plays inside a rhythm section rather than alone. Carols and standards, the repertoire everyone half knows, rearranged the way a quartet does it when playing for fifty-five people rather than a hall.

RECEPTION
The lobby reception (before, during and after the concert) is open to all and complimentary. The artist stays afterward.
