Víctor Martínez was born in Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico. He began his piano studies at the age of 7 at the Centro de Iniciación Musical Infantil, part of the Universidad Veracruzana. In 2017, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance from the Instituto Superior de Música del Estado de Veracruz, studying under Leonardo del Castillo. Víctor has participated in several piano festivals and masterclasses across Mexico, showcasing his talent and dedication to his craft.

Since 2020, Víctor has been a piano teacher at Colegio de San Juan Siglo XXI Escuela Superior de Música in Matamoros, Tamaulipas. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Piano Performance at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV), under the mentorship of Dr. Juan Pablo Andrade.
